Our workflow and company structure enables us to obtain high quality and extraordinarily personalized results. This is possible because our talented team has dedicated themselves to a smaller number of customers, meaning our teams have more time to be able to detail each space, working side by side with our clients to ensure they receive a very high level of one-on-one attention. 

 

We have specialized in key areas to include A/E design for Custom Residential (Nationally), Self-Storage/Brand Management (Nationally), Municipal/Public (South-Central Florida), and Light Commercial/Restaurant (South-Central Florida) carrying out fewer projects and obtaining much better results with each project. Our multidisciplinary team is the ideal size to maintain a personal imprint, the exclusive treatment to the client and the will of contributing by adding value to the development environment. 

 

Our Project Managers are dedicated to your project, so you’re interacting with, and building a relationship with one point of contact. Project Managers know their client’s projects intimately, so when it comes to designing your space, coordinating vendors, and dealing with changes, you’ll have a trusted partner ensuring you receive the best product.

GDC does so much more than create drawings. We work with clients to capture their vision and manage every part of the process until their vision becomes a reality. We use state of the art BIM technology to include 3D and Virtual Reality throughout our process to better communicate with our clients and set expectations from the beginning.

 

Our Client’s goals are our primary motivation to our design decisions, and we are built to deliver.  Our Clients include private residential owners, real estate developers, institutional organizations, business owners and builders. Current commissions include projects for a very diverse profile of clients from South Florida and the Caribbean to Hawaii.
